"I am honoured to be elected as President of the world foundry organization and pleased that members have confidence in the capacity of our executive board and secretariat," he said. This was an important period for the world foundry organization. Over the past five years, we have been implementing some important structural reforms to further strengthen our commitment to member associations and enrich the services we provide to member associations and their members. With a strong secretariat team and increased resources, we were able to develop our social media presence and communication capabilities. The world foundry organization technology forum, the world foundry conference and the world foundry organization global foundry summit are our key networking tools for sharing technology and business development. Good communication with member associations also enables us to update production trends and news in the global foundry industry. I look forward to continuing to increase our strategic plan to meet the foundry industry's expectations.
