Our metallurgical control starts with strict raw material selection. We only use the finest pig iron.
Computer-aided design
We use CAD and casting simulation softwar to optimize our casting process design.
Chemical and mechanical inspection
In-ouse process controls include temperature monitoring, hardness verification, chemical spectral analysis and nodularity checks (ductile iron only). Test bars are periodically pulled to ensure conformance to ASTM mechanical performance standards. We will provide full chemical and material certification at your request.
Soundness detection
We offer non-destructive testing services in order to ensure casting soundness. Radiographic (x-ray) and magnetic particle testing are frequently employed as soundness verification techniques.
CMM report
Casting dimensional verification is performed upon request. In addition to in house inspection capabilities, we contract with several CMM inspection services in order to give you the utmost objectivity and accuracy in casting dimensional analysis.
