Since 2005, Fuerkai has centered around continuous improvement and dedicated service to better deliver austempered ductile iron castings.

Over 15 years, we have developed more than 70 different types of ADI castings, providing all grades of European standards and U.S. standards of ADI castings, or unique grades as customers require. The annual ADI castings' output are 3000 tons with part weight from 0.5kg to 1000kg.

Good quality ADI castings start with good quality ductile castings. That's the reason why we insist on pouring the casting by ourself. We use the high quaility raw material, strictly control the chemical compoment, and make sure the right matrix structure ready for ADI casting.

ADI process is not the seperated process.Processes of casting, heat treatment and machining are cross-board designed and under control in the sole foundry by Fuerkai. Based on different project, we design different casting process, appropriate heat treatment parameters to mach with, and most cost-optimal machining plan.

Strong technical support as a special ADI foundry. We are quick at technical communication and problem solving, providing pattern design, 3D modeling, drawing revision, ADI material conversion, grades selection and structure optimization.

In-house test method complete. ISO9001 certificated, equipped with spectrum analyzer, metallographic microscope，electronic tensile test machine，3D dimension scanner，Brinell & Rockwell hardness tester，ultrasonic flaw detector, Laser Marking Machine.
